So often I’ve found it difficult to find sprinkles in the exact shade or colour theme that I need, so about 12 months ago I began creating my own blends, inspired by the stunning colours of the Nordic region, which is an area so close to my heart. Having used these on my own creations for so long, the time has come to share them with the world.
I hand dye all my sprinkles in small batches, so each jar is unique. I begin with white sprinkles and use the very best quality colour pigments to create these these beautiful blends.
All my sprinkle blends are allergen free, and you’ll also notice some blends that are suitable for Halal, Vegan and Kosher requirements.
Fjord

Fjord is a Norwegian word that has gone international. It’s an ancient Viking term related to the phrase for ‘where you travel across’ and the word ‘ferry’. Norway has over 1000 fjords, created by glaciers over a period of 2.5 million years. Many Norwegian fjords are listed on the UNESCO World Heritage List.
Thanks to the warm Gulf Stream and air currents caused by the coriolis effect, the Norwegian fjords enjoy a relatively mild climate and remain virtually ice-free. Seals, porpoises and different fish swim in the fjords, whilst eagles and other birds soar in the skies above.
The colours found in the fjords vary from dark and mysterious blues & greys, to bright and vibrant greens and blues, depending on the time of year and the width & depth of the fjord.
Within the Fjord blend you’ll find shades of blues and greens.
This blend is vegan, halal & kosher.

As all our sprinkles are hand dyed, there may be some variation to the colours in each batch.
