The wooden trading houses of Bryggen, in the city of Bergen, are a shining example of traditional Norwegian architecture. So much so, the area is one of Norway’s UNESCO World Heritage sites.
The set of wooden Hanseatic-era warehouses and office buildings are famous around the world for their colourful facades, and you’ll find these colours are used for houses all over the country.
Within the Bryggen blend you’ll find shades of reds and browns.
